Inefficient Client Service

I have been trying to go through to somebody that can help me regarding my cell phone that I have received back from repairs yesterday (17/01/2013) to re-submit for repairs.
I have been holding on for 36 minutes - you can hear people picking up the phone, listening and then just put it back to ringing.
Florence Shabalala the centre coordinator was also not trying to help as I had to phone back after she just left the line to cut.
So now after 47 minutes I am still sitting with a problematic phone and no assistance.
