I went to Shoprite Dobsonville on Sunday evening the 26 May 2013, @ about 18:30. While busy shopping the security officer called on us and said we should hurry up cause they want to close the store. I proceeded to the tills to pay, the cashier was Andiswa. She was so unprofessional and so unaccomodating. I first greeted her and she never replied, she then scanned the parcels throwing them as if she was throwing I dont know what. She then asked with such an attitude as to how many plastics I want. She ringed the sale and gave me my change, she then opened the plastic to pack the groceries, then decided to throw the plastic on the counter for me to pack for myself without even asking for permission. She then went on and scanned the next customers things and throwed them on my things, when I asked her why she did that, she looked @ me funny and never replied. I found this very disturbing, because we are paying customers, why should we be treated this way? Shoprite Dobsonville needs to train their staff on good customer service. Its not our fault that they working long hours, they still need to services us with a smile. Are they doing what they doing bcos their shop is in the Location?
