Yesterday i bought a couple of things from Usave - Thapelo was the cashier. When she gave my change, she didnt give the 5c. When i asked about the 5c, she said she didnt have 5c. I said i understand that, but then she has to at least tell me she doesnt have change (unacceptable). Today i went there again and Thapelo was the cashier again. Once again she didnt greet, didnt ask if i needed a bag, no conversation at all. i find this lady's attitude unacceptable. Its clear that she's not capable in dealing with customers and she must either be put in a back office or she must get some serious training. This lady is down right rude and a disgrace to the Shoprite brand.
