My mother went to the new Shoprite in the new Umzimkulu Mall where the service was shocking, the tills had no change and the controller who was on dutie didnt care that the customers were standing waiting for their change, after people started complaining she gave them attitude asking the how must their was change was.
It was Till 14 and the cashier was Amanda Gwagwa who couldnt do anything about the situation as she was waiting for the controller to assist. the controller's name was Zoliswa Mthembu.
This Shoprite has been open less than a month and already people have lots of complaints about it.
