I was very shocked for an attitute I was given by the cashier at shoprite in Florida (Roodeport) today at 12:33pm, I came in into the store and requested to do a money transfer were I had a R200 note and an extra R10 to tansfer and I only realized when I was in the store that I didn't get my R100 change from the cashier and I went back to her politely and I asked her if did she give me my change and with confidence she said yes and I asked her to check coz I don't have the money with me and she said I must look for it coz maybe I lost it and I advised her that can I speak to a manager who I can request for footage and its not that I'm accusinr and she showed mhat manager with an attitute, I spoke to the manger and she understood and they asked her to go to check if she does not have an extra and they did and she comes back and she throws the money on the desk with out apologising and she made me as a wrong person, Branch:1006 till:98n cashier: 132 Receipt:34 time: 12:15pm and Date: 17/06/2013, please may you have tjis matter resolvedi was very embarresed and humunilated in front of other customers when this cashier had to shout at me for her mistake.
