I am a regular customer at shoprite Johannesburg branch and everytime i go there i never get my 5c change and what made me off was the attitude 1 of their cashier gave me. she was supposed to give me 5c change and she didn't and not even a sorry for that and when i asked for it she told me to check on my slip howw much the item was and it was 9.99c and asked me why am i asking for 5c and on the slip it was written that i must get 5c change anyway. i just left but was by the attitude.
i also went to money market in Hiedelburg and was told that they can only help people who are depositing the money we have to wait and the worst part nobody bothered to expalin why or tell us formally we only told when we get to the teller.
