Today i went into PEP to buy my little toddler clothing. When i went to the till to pay, there was another customer in front of me so I waited. the manager told me in Afrikaans to go to till no. 5 which i duly did. I did make the comment that the "operative word is please" he asked me what i said so i repeated it. He got very stroppy and arrogant which made me just leave all my purchases. i will rather support another store where management are friendlier. The last time i was in his store, i was shocked with the way that he spoke to his staff so it seems that he doesn't know what manners are
