I took my gold bracelet to Daniella's for repairs and upon collection (the first time) it was not repaired, they asked to keep it and would phone me when it would be ready for collection again. I received the call and I then went to the store again to collect my bracelet which was STILL NOT REPAIRED!!! I paid for the bracelet and left. On both occasions I was in store the staff insisted on speaking to me in Afrikaans, when I asked them to converse with me in English they simply ignored my requests and continued in Afrikaans. In fact when the owner, Ralph, phoned me the second time to say the bracelet was ready for collection he left a message for me in Afrikaans. When I discussed this issue as being exceptionally bad manners I was told he stands by his staff member, Anna Marie, and also told me that his store was an Afrikaans store and I am being... I was also informed to "speak to the man on the moon and see if he cares" all in Afrikaans of course. They HAVE NOT REPAIRED my bracelet, CHARGED me for a repair and continued to DISRESPECT me as a customer by speaking Afrikaans, DISGUSTING!!!
