I went into KFC yesterday around 06:00 2 get supper and waited in the queue for more than 10 minutes even though the was only 1 person in front of me, when it was my turn to place the order the cashier (Gloria) went to talk to the manager (Gloria) they even went 2 de back of the store without even saying a word when she came back 2 serve me I asked why did she leave without saying a word and she barked @ me by saying she had a problem to solve. then I placed my order of Colonel burger and winglets. she rang the burger twice and i had 2 ask for a till slip in order 2 c what was the problem after I brought that to her attention she rolled her eyes & Spoke to Gloria, 1 guy tried to complain about the slow service and Gloria walked away. Got home when I was about to have my burger the fillect was raw, the was even blood in it. I had 2 walk back 2 de store to complain and asked 4 my refund. Gloria even confirmed dat it was raw.
This store has not changed, the staff members need training. This is my 3rd complaint about the store and they just don't seem 2 care. My experience last night was about take the food & off our store. Sies!!
