Great Shop - Bad Attitude to Customers

I have received bad service from the staff at The Vinyard Deli before. As I believe it is my responsibility to inform management of this I have always reported this.

After some time I went to The Vinyard Deli again, as it is such a wonderful deli. I had a cappuccino while reading the paper. Once done I did some shopping and went to the till to pay. I was not greeted by the cashier (I duly greeted her in English). She threw my purchases across the counter as she scanned the items, asked me in Afrikaans if I wanted a bag. She took my paper apart, scanned the barcode and did not put it back as I presented to her (left the paper in parts..). When I stated to her that I would prefer to be spoken to in English, she refused and continued speaking to me in Afrikaans.

I requested for the manager. I stated my case, he became very aggressive (started speaking to me in Portuguese (to prove a point - upon which I reminded him that I have a right to be addressed in English). He then stated he was aware I was in the store, had been watching me and was waiting for me. He stated he does not need "my kind" in his store and suggested I spend my money elsewhere. This I will be doing.
