After 20 min waiting at the till que the till operator instructs the client in front of me to put up a till closed board in front of me while nobody is standing behind me. After a argument I moved to the next till. With my turnto pay I asked the till operator for sigarettes but she refused to help, so I fetched the sigarettes myself. I've instructed her to give me 2 bags but she ring up 6 bags for no reason. In my attempt to collect the sigarettes she help the next customer after canceling my transaction. I argued again about the bad service and the manager at the till ends just made a remark about " Isn't it you that just complained at the other till" and that's all he said. After capturing my items on the till I had to pack my own bags. On my way out another manager try to assist me to carry my packages to my vechile. I showed him away since it doesn't help to try fix everything after the service I've received.
It's not the first time that I've received bad service from this pick n pay. Although they give bad service the pick n pay appears dirty and untidy as well.
