Part of my purchase included 3, PHILIPS ENERGY SAVER 14W ES GENIE light bulbs. According to the EeziCoupon website, a R10.00 discount will be effected against an EeziCoupon code, at the till.
However, using code # 5816471, the message on the machine read: "Declined". Initially, I thought that maybe the discount was for another brand, and left the shop with the products, anyway. Back home, a search on the website revealed that it was indeed a R10.00 discount on the light bulbs that I purchased.
My questions: Why was the code and discount declined? The cashier was of the opinion that none of the products I bought were illegible for this discount, so no need to re-enter the code. What to do now as I feel I was robbed of R30.00 in discount?
