I went to Checkers Hemmingways on Wednesday, 27 March and I purchase items that were on the EeziCoupons list. I bought the items and my discount should have be R 154. When I got to the till, the cashier there did not know how to process the coupons. The manager was called and I punched in my WiCode and the discount I received was only R 55! I queried this with the manager and she asked me to re-enter my WiCode, but it said that the code was used already. I had purchased the Ottimo Ice Maker which had a discount coupon of R 100, but the till did not process all the coupons. I then went with the manager to the office and she phoned the relevant department to find out what to do. She made a copy of my till slip and said that they would rectify the problem and Checkers would send me a discount coupon to the value of the discount I should have received via sms and I would be able to use it. She said that I should have it by Monday, 1 April. I realised that Monday was a holiday, so I expected it to be through by the Tuesday, 2 April. To date I have not received the sms and I have not had any feedback from Checkers. I have the till slip to prove that I did not get the discount.
