Went to Checkers in Muizenberg on Saturday and used the Checkers Coupon App for products that was in my trolley. I punched in the code at till and it kept saying declined. Cashier called the manager and I showed the products on the App to prove that it is the same goods that I purchased, we punched the code in again and still said declined. She didnt seem very interested after that and just said that I must pay the full amount as the App is obviously problematic, end of discussion and she just walks away. Didnt take my details or anything to query with there head office about it. i have now deleted the App off my phone and wont be using it or shopping there ever again. Very dissapointed with the service after still feeling proud and even congratulating them on the renovations and improvements made but clearly I was mistaken.
