We are regular customers at Checkers and downloaded the eezi coupons app on my blackberry. I tried to use it a few times when I am at the till point to pay, but to my embarrassment, and a line of customers waiting, the pin code required to make use of the service, is eventually accepted. However, the discount which is deducted from the amount payable does not correspond with the discounts advertised on certain product. Upon enquiry, the cashier and supervisor pull up their shoulders and confirm that it is the system, they have nothing to do with it. Checkers Mayville promised to lodge an enquiry - this was the first time I used eezi coupons and although I made sure I buy a few products offered with discount, I received a measly R11 discount instead of about R30. I am very disappointed with this service and the lack of response from Checkers upon my enquiry. We spend about R3000 a month at Checkers, but I am to afraid and embarrassed to use this service. I am changing shops!
