I am a customer of asj for a over a decade and my account has been a six months contract ever since. Recently I haven't been receiving my statements so I went to the branch to enquire what my balance was. I was shocked to discover that I was charged interest on my account since the beginning of the year. I was billed for a contract with mtn which expired in June 2013.I have not purchased an item at Southgate branch but there's interest charged by them every month. I requested that they rectify this mistake but I was told to pay first before they can correct my account. I find this unfair and a bad customer service, I have to have a correct balance so that I can pay what I owe. Can you please help because this is ruining my credit record.
