2 weeks ago I bought 2 boxes of I&J Hake medallions, with the intention of getting the Eezi-coupon discount. At the cashier it was declined. As it was quite busy (5pm) I just accepted it, paid and left the store. I also bought a tin of Milo, once again the coupon was declined! Today I bought the Platinum steam iron, hoping to get the R10 coupon discount and once again it was declined! This is super annoying, frustrating and embarrassing to stand at the till and try and explain that it is exactly the same product as on my phone! The cashier called the Front Office Manager, Boitumelo, I was asked to punch the code 3x and all three times it was declined. She simply said it's not working, we have many issues with the coupons! I paid and left the store, highly frustrated! I would like to get the benefit of the coupons without having to argue about it! Your coupon system is not working! Please don't refer my query back to the branch, where some person who can hardly speak proper English, will call me! I'm not interested! It is only fair to honor what you advertise!
