I purchased a hard drive from [URL Removed] earlier this year and it crashed a few weeks ago. Every call I made and every person I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant. What they said they would do, they did. Although the data on my hard drive could not be recovered, it was replaced with another new hard drive. Your customer service and telephone manner is most refreshing compared to a lot of service providers out there who have a don't care attitude once they've sold a product.
