This is ridiculous, I paid R1700 for this hard drive, only to find its faulty and loose all my data, to make it worse Takealot lets me have a replacement hard drive a month later, they didn't even bother to send an email or call to let me know I need to collect, I was forced to call in twice and ask all sorts of wierd questions, like you know "So wheres my stuff?? ", and was told that all they know is the supplier is reviewing the device, for a month? finally a month later, patience at its limit, crossed fingers, I call in again and YAY I got a replacement with no notification, only to find out its a refurbished hard drive??? REALLY?!?!?! R1700 for a refurbished hard drive?!! and its not even the original that I had bought in the first place!!! UNACCEPTABLE THIEVERY!!! PLEASE REPLACE THIS DRIVE WITH A NEW ONE TAKEALOT, You know do something crazy like use the R1700 you guys were paid!! or please issue me a refund and I will take all my future business elsewhere. I should have stuck with Sybaritic or Kalahari, they don't assume their customers are!!!
