Seagate 1Tb - Still no response after a month

I purchased a Seagate 1TB hard drive in December 2012, when they were on special for R999, at the Beacon Bay Hifi Corporation Store, In October 2013 this hard drive packed up and refused to work (the 3rd product i have brought from Hifi Corporation that has done this, Others being A set of Speakers and a Memory card) i Went into the store with the box of the hard drive (which still has the Hifi Corp Sticker on) the hard drive, and the 2 year warranty book. Unfortunately i do not have the slip. At first I received pleasant service, from two gentlemen who tried their best to help me, but unfortunately after being in the store every weekend for the past 4 weeks, i am fed up . i have brought in bank statements from December 2012 for both cards i might have purchased the product on, First they scanned the Acc No and found nothing on the system, and then i brought in the card numbers, and the system was supposedly down. I gave my contact details to a staff member, and a week later, still no response. I just want my product replaced or to have my money returned to me. I do not wish to deal with Hifi Corp again, almost every product i purchase has a issue!
