I Wish Telkom Could Disconnect Your Call Centre!!!

I have never in all my days dealt with a more annoying call centre than Homechoice! I get phone calls from them Monday to Monday and its aggravating! If they don't call you on a Saturday morning while you're trying to sleep - they're bound to harass you while at work! I just got a phone call to "update my contact details otherwise my debit orders wont go through" BULLS%&T, the debit order went off just 2 days ago - so what would stop it from going off this month end? I cannot wait to settle that account, not because the products aren't stunning - because they are... but because I NEVER want to find myself dealing with this Call Centre. When I say to someone, I cannot talk on the phone as I am preparing for a meeting, that should be all I need to say, for your agents to tell me it will only take 5mins, is equally annoying! My time is MINE - I will determine who gets it when, i got a debit order so that they never have to call me, just debit and send me my statement, your agents are rude and unprofessional - please don't let any of them call me on my phone unless Homechoice wants to give me a free phone that I am obliged to answer! I don't pay Vodacom to deal with you lot! I mean it
