Harrassment by Call Centre Agents

I ordered a kettle, Halogen oven and a dustbin from Homechoice in March this year, and orders were never delivered to me. I kept on phoning, however I was told that the order is on the way, until in May 2013 when I started getting calls to say I must pay, because some lady called Thandi signed and received the order on my behalf at my house in May. I kept on telling them that I never receive the order, and even on my complex there is no one named Thandi, but agents were adamand that I know Thandi.

In July I was phoned by a lady who introduced herself as Mrs. C. Hendricks, and after our conversation, she told me to send a police avidavid to confirm that I didnt receive the order, and I did sent it several times to her and the contact centre email, but I'm still being phoned and harrased by the call centre agents 4-6 times a day to pay. Some are kind and always promise to log on the system that I never receive the order of which is a because I still receive calls every three hours daily, but some are very rude to me and I recently
drop my phone when I see this number. I really need help, because I'm not even allowed to talk to the Manager or Supervisor as they are in meetin
