How do I get Homechoice to stop contacting me?

I regurarly (about evey 2nd day) receive calls on my cellular phone telling me what an excellent customer I am and how I can buy from Homechoice. With every call I ask the call agent to please NOT call me, I will call them should I wish to order something from Homechoice, to no avail. I am always told that for this to happen, I need to contact their customer services. In November 2013 I did phone their customer services and requested to please be removed from their caller list. This week alone I have received two calls, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday! This is becoming extemely annoying and it is very difficult not to become rude. I have also be asked to be removed from their mailing list by making use of the 'unsubscribe' button, only to receive another spam e-mail the day after, and then the day after, and the next... What should I do to be removed from their data in terms of marketing?
