Im sooooo irritated by the unprofessional call centre agents from home choice calling me about stupid promotions. Got a call today at 10:05 from Thandeka about the stupid special they have. I told her i wont be buying anything i also asked her to kindly remove my details from your database as i've never bought things over the phone and i will never BUY stuff over the phone. She responded by saying NO unfortunately she cant as i still have an outstanding balance of about R250.00, until i settle that they'll keep on phoning me whether i like it or not. So i asked her is she telling me when i paid this account in full i should never buy anything from homechoice in order for me not to get these annoying calls from them, then she said i musn't put words into her mouth, it's entirely up to me and hung up on me.
I'm going to settle this account now, and i don't want to ever receive any calls from your RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL call centre agents. Remove my name form you database!!!
