Homechoice will not be My NEXT CHOICE

I placed an order with Homechoice on the 06.05.2013, hoping that my order would arrive before July 2013. I paid the outstanding amount of R 1294.92. Needless to say June 2013 arrived and my order was still outstanding. I contacted the Homechoice call centre & the agent said that he could not see my order on their system only my payment. When I enquired how that they couldnt have a record of my order as I received a confirmatory email with the details of my order from Homechoice he said that I would then have to forward that email to them as proof of the Order being placed. I then had to retrieve this email & follow up with a phone call to Homechoice in order to follow up on my 'order'. The order was miraculously located on their system after I provided them with the Order Number. My concern is that my money has been with Homechoice for over 2 months. I still need to wait another 2 weeks for my order to arrive. At no point did I receive a phone call from them enquiring that they received a payment but are unable to trace the order that I had placed. I had to call & follow up on them.

Homechoice you will not be my next choice. I would rather just buy directly at the local store!!
