Rude Call Centre Agents

Okay HC im fully aware that my account is in arrears (since i was under the impression that since i had a HC account, after i did my purchase you were going to debit like you did before, and that was not the case), hence i submitted my debit details yesterday so that you can debit all the amounts end of the month, please get your rude call centre ladies to stop pestering me
I did call in last week and requested a debit order form and this lady said she'll fax it to me, which she never did.
Then shortly after that, on the same day another rude lady calls me, i tell her to send me the debit form which i been waiting for and she literally demands that i give her my bankin details over the fone, mind you i was in a busy place. Next thing Miss Thang starts shouting at me, telling me that the systems have changed now, debit detailz get submitted over the fone. I gladly hung up on her and yes i have been hanging up on a lot of your calls of late.
Where do you get these consultants from? Gosh!! its like they are all literally trained to be MEAN
