This is a toy shop. I bought a Monopoly set which had an electronic part crucial to the game. When I brought it home and tried to put batteries into the device, the would not come undone, no matter what driver I used. I took it back the next day, and the shop assistants also could not open the device's battery unit with their drivers. Subsequently, after being told they would replace the set, they phone me and told me that as the supplier - Primo Toys - had claimed that I had damaged the unit and would not replace it, they would not give me a refund, nor would they replace the set. They insisted that I had damaged the unit, when I had never used it at all. The game had never been used either and it was returned the day after it was bought.
The attitude of the owner of this store is extremely unhelpful, and the store has acted unlawfully in refusing to credit me on clearly defective goods. I will never buy any goods from this store again and wish to warn other moms to take their business elsewhere, as this is a store that has no concern for its customers. Sadly, I could have been a regular customer of this store as I regularly buy toys for parties and live close by.
