Spoke to Phumla at homechoice from collections department, who was exceedingly rude and told me how Imust listen to what she`s saying as she was the one who called me in the first place! It seems as if homechoice call centre agents are not properly trained on how to address their customers, they have no respect for their customers what so ever! I get numerous calls from homechoice and I have to repeat what I told the previous agents over and over again! Homechoice is running a circus in their collections department!!! I regret ever doing business with Homechoice!!!
