I opened up a account o few months ago and i have since freed the account and my balance was zero, however i am getting charged a fee of about R9.40 which i believe is for lost card protection. after opening the account a lady called me to offered that service to which i declined, but i am still being charged for something i did not request for. i did log a query on the mr price customer care website and no one has responded
please have that service removed and the charges reversed
