MY friend and i went to savanna mall on th 28th september 2013.After a long day in the mall we decided to go to pick n pay and buy drinks... we put our clicks plastic on the floor since they do not havea parcell counter.the security was there to guard our lagage while we were buying but left before the other one can come so someone took my plastic.alright they took us to a rude manager who told me that i have stress.i was frustrated, very since i lost my plastic. She was very tense throughout and though they replaced my things i felt she didnt treat us with respect and put herself in my shoes. If we get that kind of treatment from the manager then where as customers are we suppose to cry and complain?
