Bank charges charged for no reason

I was charged bank charges for 1350, in one month.
I called the bank they called me to tell me they will reverse the charges & they never did.
I called again and I was told no the charges are no more going to be reversed.
I still have an account with absa and charges which are not suppose to be charged in my account are still being charged and upon enquiry the bankers promise that the bank manager is going to contact me which they never do.
May you please help me.
