Extra Account Charges NOT Agreed To

I opened a Mr Price Money account online. From my first bill, I have been charged for 5 additional account extras that I did not sign for (R125). I asked that these be reversed. I was contacted a few days later and was told those charges would only be added to my account if I agreed to telephonically. Other than the phone call relating to my query, have I NEVER had any telephonic conversations of any nature with Mr Price. I asked for a copy of the recording and have never been contacted again. Now, on my next statement, those additional charges are STILL being charged for - WITH INTEREST!
