Shocking service from Absa

I have had nothing but shocking service from ABSA in Fourways. I opened a cheque account whereby I was only meant to be charged R79 per month for the account and this would cover all transactions made. Since that account has been open I have been charged the R79 as well as all of the other charges that were meant to be included in the R79 deal.

I have been back to Kgomotso at the branch in Fourways (where I was left waiting for 2 hours) who reversed the incorrect charges for the months and she assured me that the problem had been rectified. However; the same has happened this month and when I lodged a complaint with the Fourways manager, Jan, she told me that she would sort it out. 3 weeks later it has still not been rectified.
