Charges not reversed

Dear Sir / Madam,

My brother does not have Internet access and is having problems getting legal charges reversed on his Game account. He pays his account religously every month and was charged for a legal letter. When he provided proof of his timeous May payment they neither apologised, reversed the legal charges or removed the delinquency status from his account. His name is Edwin Warren and his account number & contact number is given below.
