On the 16 December 2012, I purchased a queen size Sealy mattress (Inverness Memory Foam base set) from Mr Eugene Naidoo, Invoice No.1657. After a month or too I found that the mattress was defective and that the base was cracked as well. Eugene thereafter replaced the mattress on the 25 February 2013 on Order Note: 1520 which was dated the 21 February 2013. However the whole set was replaced and again I am still continuing to have the same problem. I there after approached Mr Eugene Naidoo and told him that the bed he had replaced has a problem, After a few visits to the shop back and forth we went until he sent someone to view the defective or inferior product that he had sold us. Their guy that viewed the bed confirmed that there was a problem with the bed. Mr Eugene Naidoo then asked me to wait a few days as he wanted to upgrade the mattress for me at no extra costs. I have visited the store on severally occasions and is still awaiting my bed problem to be resolved. Mr Eugene keeps telling me he is waiting for the truck and puts me off to come on another day, I am tired of chasing him, could someone please assist.
