At what cost & lenghts does a customer have to go?

We bought a mattress from Bed King early 2011 for R8, 000. We were informed that it is a no memory mattress & that it has a 20 yr warranty. After contacting Bed King early Jan informing them that the mattress has indented we were first informed that the suppliers are closed & we must wait for them to open, only then will one of their representatives contact me to come & view the mattress. So all this eventually happened yesterday, only for me to be informed that they can see that there is a problem with the mattress, but I have to clean it before they will consider exchanging the mattress as they view a stained mattress unhygienic, for whom I ask, are they intending on reselling the mattress? Unfortunately as things go with having a baby, her bottle leaked out in bed a few times. So at my cost, I've had to contact a company to come & clean a faulty mattress in order for me to receive what I was promised when I bought the mattress. Now I have to arrange with the supplier to come back & view the mattress to see whether or not the mattress has been cleaned to their satisfaction & if I will receive a replacement & if so, it could take up to 10 days. I'm flabbergasted!!!
