I am highly disappointed with the Grande queen size base and mattress i purchased on 11 February 2013.I was awoken on the 11 February 2013 at about 1:00am with a loud cracking sound of wood breaking or splitting. Upon inspection i found the entire base cracked and touching the floor. That was an extremely disturbing experience for me within a month only of using a Cloud 9 product. I replaced my old Sealy mattress after 18 years of hassle free use for the Cloud 9 Grande, but i ever so regret doing so and intend buying a Sealy mattress instead.
