We purchased a memmory foam mattress from Viscopedic march 2012 from their website. We had the mattress replaced after 6 weeks no problem. In December the mattress was just no longer comfortable, I contacted Dieter again and as with the previous time he was interested, asessed the problem and replaced the mattress with a firmer mattress.
A great attitude and service from a web based company.
