Disappointing service from CTM Strydom park

We ordered a shower door which reached CTM - Strydom Park on the 5th September 2013. Shaun (Manager in receiving goods) confirmed he received and signed for the door so we went to fetch it and when we got there, was told the door is not there. My husband then went again the next weekend and was assisted by Paul (another manager) who found the shower door and confirmed it was damaged. He then assured us he will give us a call when the new door arrives which he did. I then spoke to Niel who said he'd arrange delivery due to inconvenience. i had to call again yesterday and i spoke to Shaun who promised he's speak to call to arrange the delivery and it's been 2 weeks later and we're still waiting... this is very disappointing and very bad customer service! What guarentee do we have should we drive there again that the shower door is in actual fact at the store? it's very unprofessional for managers to over promise and under deliver!!
