I ordered and paid for a new shower door / glass in August 2012 from your offices/factory on Main Reef road. To date, I have not received the shower door. I have called furman glass on numerous times and visited their offices this past week, and was assured by a Mr Michael Mukhuba that the shower door would be delivered on Thursday 17 Jan 2013. I thus arranged that I work from home and had someone on standby to fit the door, also to allow their delivery guys access to my premises when they arrive. The delivery of the shower door did not take place.
I am extremely dissatisfied by the terrible service that I have received from Furman Glass. To date, 27/02/13, i still do not have a shower door. The company is not returning my emails or making any effort to resolve this issue.
