Showerline messed up first appointment which I took time off from work. Came 45min late for second scheduled appointment with the wrong door accessories and unaware that we booked a service of existing shower. This is after confirming the order and the service of exciting shower via email with Pierre Coetzee. I phoned both Pierre and the manager Dez and both assured me they will call me the next day but without even apologizing for the mess up! Have not heard from them yet and have had the worst experience with this company!
