Delayed delivery of goods and faulty workmanship

We purchased a garage door from Coroma, firstly they taold us the door would be delivered the very next day. This was not done. After several calls to the sales person we were told the door would be delivered in a weeks time. This was again not done. The door finally arrived after several calls and complaints to the company. The technician fitted the door and a month later the door has gone off the rails and is damaged. After calling the company on numerous occassions, they sent someone to inspect the door who said they could not comment. The door is still under guarantee but it seems the company is not willing to replace it and own up to the poor workmanship. When I call I am sent from pillar to post and don't know who else to talk to now. I have requested that my money be returned and no response has come.
