Printed messages invalidate my consumer rights

When I had spoken to a Niki telephonically on 12.4.2013 and asked if this door was 900 by 1000. She told me yes. I took my plumber, Leslie Barnett, down to CTM later that day to show him the door. He spoke to Leonie to check if it was a 900 panel and 1m door. Leonie, said Niki lunching, told him yes. I paid for 2. The invoice number is 1107646555.
ON Thursday (18 April) the door was opened by the plumber and his installer checked and immediately realized that the size was incorrect for the shower floor that had been laid. Leslie immediately called CTM and spoke to the acting manager, who, on hearing the story; said to bring the door back. This was late in the afternoon, so he resolved to take it back in the morning.
On 19 April, Leslie took the door - now repackaged. The return was REJECTED by the manager Clayton, due to the packaging being damaged. On the back of the invoice is says that 10% handling will be levied for damaged packaging. Now it won't be accepted, and the door is not a panel of 900mm and a door of 1000mm. This is what was asked for, but the door cannot do it. You have to choose either 900mm by 900mm or 1000 mm by 1000mm.
