5 Jan 13 I purchased a shower door, but due to stock availability the assistant who helped me advised they will notify me when the door arrives and confirmed a collection date 18 January 2013.
19 Jan 13 I visited the branch to enquire the status of the shower door, whereby I was advised they are not sure when the stock will arrive. Prior to this date I already arranged for private transportation to deliver the door to my home in Parow, upon enquirer I was advised to return in the week to enquire collection date.
I went to the branch again on the 23 January 13 to enquire what the status is of the door and enquire why no contact was attempted to notify me of the status? Then again I was advised that the supplier is waiting for the container to arrive and they cannot guarantee when the door will arrive, . I was not happy as I arranged a private contractor to install the items and worked according to his availability. I was then directed to the contractors department to confirm possible delivery as I could not plan without having a collection date, the consultant advised that I will need to pay upfront for delivery. without having a collection date, Not good email sent to Head Office
