Bad Service and Not Living Up To Delivery Promise

Called the Call centre to arrange for a package to be collected from the hospital and then delivered to my door step. I spoke to a 'Thuli' Even asked when will i have the package and she said the next day, she gave me her direct number 0119613115 . It wasnt even 2 mins and they debited my c/card for the service. Follow up the next day on the delivery just to find out they gave me an incorrect Tracking number. After 40 mins on the phone i was told to get hold of the place they collected the parcel from and get the tracking number from then. This i did.By now i wanted to speak to a Manager. They gave me the name Moses (0119613129). No success and then Ming Ming who is apparently the Manager still no success. Long story short, the delivery promises as stated on Internet is overnigt door to door. I waited 3 days for my parcel just to hear it was going to the post office and not door to door anymore. I paid for Door to door. i had to drive to the Fedex office in Empangeni to collect my own parcel as it was not delivered as promised or paid for. Moses promised to reimburse me for the spoor service and to date i am still waiting.
