First I had to wait 15 working days for my Shower Door!! Where I had to find out if the shower door had arrived or not!!! Where they promised me first 5 days then 7- 10days working days!!
Then they arrived to install the the shower door on the 4/05/13 they where there from 10:30-14:30, damaged everything my tiles and the frame of the shower door they could not install the shower door!!
They promised the Manager will phone me Monday 6/05/13 morning!! Nothing is happening!!! So i phoned at 10:30 i was PROMISED HE WILL PHONE BACK AS HE IS ON THE PHONE!! Waited a hour nothing happend!! So i phoned again what do i hear again HE IS ON THE PHONE AGAIN AND HE WILL PHONE ME BACK!!! This Manager is on the phone or he try's not to talk too me???
