BOUGHT DELL LAPTOP IN APRIL (WITH E.XT WARRANTY) BUT IN AUGUST HAD TO TAKE IT BACK WITH ACRACKED SCREEN WHICH WAS NO FAULT OF MINE AS I EX.PLAIN TO THEM THE EVIDENCE ALSO SHOWS THAT THE LAP TOP WAS NOT MAN HANDLED NOWHERE IN THE WARRANTY DOES IT SHOW THAT THEY DONT COVER IT ;AND THE SERVICE I GOT THAT DAY WAS AS IF I HAD A DESEASE;TO THINK I SPEND R8000.00 THAT DAY (15-04-2013)
