My mother bought a Dell Inspiron Laptop in December 2012, at Game Kolonnade (it was a gift to myself). It's was issued with a 1 year on site warranty/gaurantee. When I've tried to switch it on its giving me a black screen. We've contacted Game, with the advise and number of Dell on 0861462765, to be contacted by ourselves. I've called the call centre on Wednesday, 09/10/2013, to report the problem. They called me back from this number 0118854000 (a guy) provided me with a reference number 077314, and explained that I will be contacted within 6 working days, by a technician to come and repair the laptop. Today is already day 7, but nobody contacted me yet, and I cant work, without a working laptop. The cover will be ended at December 2013.
