DELL ARE PATHETIC. I bought an Inspiron laptop, the battery stopped working after 13 months, the warranty conveniently expired after 12 months. Now the laptop has completely crashed after over 3 years. Just outside of warranty period again, i spent 1.5 hours on the service call, spoke to over 6 people in India and no one could help me. This is the worst service provider i have ever dealt with and suggest that no one buy a Dell machine. They sell themselves by having a great warranty yet it has never helped having it. Poor machine and very big mistake
