I have a 3 year onsite warranty. I phoned on Monday 24/6/2013 to report a technical problem on my Dell laptop. They tried to do a telephonic test on Tuesday, which did not work out and I was promised that an Eng will be onsite the next day.
It is now Friday 28/6/2013 and according to Dell they will only be able to send out an Eng on Monday.
This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Why have a warranty, if you do not honour the SLA?
